Edmond M. Bazerghi, Psy.D.

Edmond is the founder of the Center For Executive Assessment. He is an executive coach and organizational consultant. He is also a psychologist in private practice, and is licensed in the State of Texas as a Health Service Provider. He was born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1932, and educated in France and the United States giving him the ability to work in English, French, or Arabic and in different cultural environments. Dr. Bazerghi holds a Doctorate from the University of Paris in France, a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and three other degrees in Philosophy, Letters, and Theology from universities in France. Dr. Bazerghi specializes in assessment-based executive coaching, and developmental planning. In the past few years, he has worked to develop 360-degree feedback instruments tailored to the specific needs of certain organizations, to develop team building in organizations, and to help managers through times of transition.

In addition to his consulting practice, since 1989, he has been the Chief Assessor and Senior Feedback Specialist for international training organizations in Texas for English programs, and in Canada for French programs.. In this capacity he has trained other psychologists in assessment and feedback skills, in the US. as well as in Canada and Europe. As a professional mediator, he has practiced and taught conflict resolution and mediation skills. Edmond has worked with a variety of organizations including international ones like the U.N. Secretariat, the U.N. High Commission for Refugees, physician groups, real estate management and development, pharmaceutical, bio­technology, high-tech, and publishing firms, as well as university and church groups. In 1985, he founded and co-managed with his wife Trianon, Inc., a wholesale and retail enterprise in Austin, TX. This organization was sold in 2004. He is also the founder of the Mediation Center in Austin.

Linda Galindo, Ph.D.

Dr. Galindo designs and implements customized projects to facilitate effective  communication, conflict management, executive coaching and high-performance team building in organizations undergoing significant transitions. Applying these skills to bilingual and bicultural environments is Linda's area of experience and expertise. She has been active in clinical and consulting psychology since 1976, as a therapist, clinical director, supervisor, trainer, teacher and management consultant. Her doctorate is from Mexico City's Jesuit University; she also has post-graduate work in family systems and mediation, and an organization development certificate from Georgetown University.

Dr. Galindo is currently a change management consultant to a variety of corporate groups, both private and public, and also maintains an active private practice. Linda has worked with crisis interventions, disaster mental health and critical incident debriefings at various levels, from individual to community and from local to international. Linda is also active in community development and serves in a leadership position on several local boards in the Dallas metroplex.
Donald  E. Hardy-Holley, M.A.

 Don is an executive coach and organizational consultant. Since 1986, he has served as a specialist in assessment-based executive coaching and developmental planning in the United States. During this time, he has assisted family owned businesses to reorganize and use their potential so the companies can continue successfully. He also has been involved with several non-profit organizations to help train their personnel. Don has extensive experience leading small and large groups. He is also a marriage and family therapist and professional counselor in private practice. He has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Don is certified in many behavioral and personality assessments, including, including Myers Briggs, CPI 260, FIRO-B, Executive Dimensions, Benchmarks, Prospector, 360 By Design, California Psychological Inventory, Strong Interest Inventory.Don is co-owner with his wife, Anne, of Hardy-Holley Team, Inc., an educational and counseling corporation. Previously, he directed a crisis intervention center, a family services organization, and successfully procured grant money for other non-profits. He has consulted and trained people in a variety of organizations, including oil companies, dental offices, real estate, and grocery chains. Because of his work with families, he sometimes serves as an expert witness for the courts. His work as a public speaker and trainer has taken him to Canada and Australia as well as many places in the United States. Don is presently on the Board of the Concept Therapy Institute, and on the Board of the American Academy of Hypnoanalysts.


Jerrilou Johnson, M.A.

Jerrilou is a leadership and team building expert built on two decades where she has designed and  implemented  learning experiences in leadership, team building and organizational development throughout Latin America.  A principal founder of  CARE, Capacitación and Asesoria para los Recursos de las Empresas,  bilingual/bicultural in English and Spanish ,Jerrilou has worked as  trainer of trainers, facilitator, coach of coaches, mediator and program designer.   Complementing her work in corporate education she  has designed and implemented various  programs on female leadership; in March 2005 she was invited to present a comparative study of US and Mexican leadership styles at the conference  WOMEN AS GLOBAL LEADERS  in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Subsequently the study has grown to include female executives from the Middle East.  Currently finishing her doctoral research at the National University of Mexico entitled The Profile of Female Leadership in Mexico  Jerrilou is author of five  books and various articles and maintains an active private practice in executive coaching and psychotherapy.


Lou Lasher, Ph.D.

Dr. Lou Lasher is a coach, consultant and mediator specializing in conflict management in organizational settings. She is a leader in the development of dispute resolution alternatives in Texas, and was a founding Fellow of The University of Texas School of Law Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution. Lou has provided negotiation and conflict management training throughout the U.S., Mexico and Southeast Asia.

In addition to her conflict work, Lou coaches individuals and groups who are negotiating professional transitions, managing difficult communications, and leading through rapid change. She brings an analytical perspective to her work, and is published in the areas of conflict management and program planning. Lou’ s consulting approach is also quite practical, grounded in twenty years experience in line and staff roles. Since establishing her consulting practice in 1990, Lou has advised over fifty clients in business, medicine, law and government. Her client roster includes the Asian Development Bank (Manila), Universidad de Anahuac Law School (Mexico City), IBM, Dell Computer, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Equity Residential Real Estate, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), HEB Grocery, Texas Attorney General’s Office, Texas Center for the Judiciary, and the Lower Colorado River Authority.

Lou holds a Ph.D. in Administration and an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. She is certified in twenty-one instruments which profile individuals or groups in organizational contexts. Professional activities include service as co-chair of the State Bar of Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and membership on the Texas Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Court Annexed Mediation.

 

 
Bob Boyle, Ph.D.

Dr. Bob Boyle is a professional psychologist, trainer, and personal/business coach.  He  holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology. 

Dr. Boyle is a partner at the Center For Practical Solutions in Redding, CA – where he performs psychological evaluations and also does individual, couples, and family therapy. He is an adjunct instructor at Simpson University (undergraduate) and National University (graduate).   He consults and speaks with businesses about the issues that concern them.  He has co-authored two books: A Hitchhiker’s Road Map To Leadership and The Communication Path

Dr. Boyle is also a partner in the newly formed training company – The Human Connection. He has trained various groups throughout the United States and Canada, including managers, sales people, and members of high school athletic teams (basketball, football, and volleyball). He has many years of coaching experience, and is trained in coaching instruments (e.g. Myers-Briggs and FIRO-B) as well as traditional psychological instruments. 

Dr. Boyle has been happily married to his wife Mary Jo since 1988.  He has four children - Jacob (18), Kara (16), Caleb (13) and Bekah (10).


Dede Osborn, MA, CEC                       

Dede is a leadership specialist working in organizations struggling with change and multi-cultural complexity and the principal of Salamana Associates.  She has served as adjunct senior faculty and executive coach for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for the last 25 years. Dede was the Program Director for CCL's Leadership Development Program in San Antonio, TX from l985-1995 and the Project Manager for the International Leadership at the Peak program for European senior executives in Barcelona, Spain in the year 2000.

During the 15 years she lived in Mexico, she co-founded Tecnología Administratíva Moderna (TEAM, SC), a training and consulting organization which provides leadership training and assessment for development, in Spanish, for Latin American executives. This experience provided the opportunity to work in México, Panamá, Venezuela, Perú, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Colombia and it provided the database for numerous research articles on Latin American leadership styles.  

Most recently she has been a core faculty member and coach for the Hawai’i Leadership Center, contributing to program design and delivery of a new program that views leadership through three cultural lenses -- Asian, Polynesian and Western -- and the senior consultant to the Pauahi Leadership Institute in Honolulu, HI.    She is also on the leadership faculty of the School of Public Policy, University of Maryland.

Dede was born and raised in the Midwest and is currently married and residing in Rhode Island. She has a Master's degree in Psychology and Professional Certification in Organization Development from Georgetown University and is a Certified Executive Coach with the National Association of Business Coaches .   She has devoted her professional life to creating happier and more productive workplaces.   


Dixie Cody Van Eynde, Ed.D.

 Dixie Van Eynde is licensed in Texas as a Counseling Psychologist. She has a Masters degree in Speech Communication and Human Relations from the University of Kansas and a Masters degree and an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Dixie is currently practicing in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, career development and career transition. She has worked for fifteen years as a feedback specialist/coach for TEAM, Inc., a San Antonio affiliate of the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC. She did similar work in leadership development for United Services Automobile Association for three years. She and a partner are also offering team building and planning consultation to organizations of various kinds both non-profit and profit making.

Dixie worked for many years in university counseling centers doing therapy, presentations and as much career and leadership development with students as other duties permitted. This included working cooperatively with Career Services for conducting workshops, classes and career assessments and designing and implementing a successful career exploration workshop for law school students. She has also worked on a consulting basis for fifteen years for Greene and Associates in San Antonio doing career assessment batteries and feedback, coaching clients through career transitions, teaching job search skills and assisting with a variety of projects including the provision of career transition services to over five hundred employees at a semi-conductor plant that closed in San Antonio and, more recently, qualifying as a coach for retirement planning programming.

Dixie has been active in the local psychological association having served on the executive board for seven years from 1986 - 1993 including a year as President.  Dixie is in her sixth year on the Board of LeaderSteps, including four years as president. LeaderSteps is a Leadership Development program for high school seniors in Boerne, Texas.

From 1984 – 88 Dixie co-edited with her husband the OD Practitioner for the national Organization Development Network and served on the Board of Trustees during those years as well. They co-edited a book called Organization Development Classics, published in 1997.


Charlie Price, M.S.

Charlie Price specializes in facilitating teamwork processes and coaching. Individually or with associates, he collaborates with public agencies and private companies on issues of communication, morale, and conflict resolution. He is a leadership educator, and public speaker.
